Welcome to Fitronyx! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our social fitness application, Fitronyx ("App"), and any related services provided by Fitronyx. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fitronyx, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use Fitronyx. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 4 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.

4. Account Registration

To use Fitronyx, you need to create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide certain information, including a username, password, and valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

5. User Conduct

By using Fitronyx, you agree that you will not:

Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity.
Engage in any behavior that is harmful to the App or its users.
Share your password or allow others to access your account.

6. User Content

You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). By making User Content available, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Plans

Fitronyx offers subscription plans that provide additional features and services ("Subscription Plans"). By subscribing to one of our Subscription Plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

8.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, as specified in your chosen Subscription Plan. You will be charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

8.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription Plan at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the subscription period.

8.4 Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify our Subscription Plans, including the pricing and benefits associated with them, at any time. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice of the change.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to Fitronyx. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content available on the App without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the App or its content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fitronyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
